Stock inventory orders will be shipped from our warehouses within 72 business hours.

The shipping depot is determined by the location of the product inventory. Most products are shipped from our Asian storage center in Hong Kong. The exact delivery date will be provided to you before the order is confirmed. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days, with next-day delivery available in select areas. 

By default, we use 4PX and EMS for delivery. If you have specific logistics requirements, please contact us for a customized offer. Our logistics services support major carriers such as DHL, EMS, TNT, UPS, and FedEx. With years of global trade experience, we've built a strong logistics network with numerous partners worldwide. To request a refund or exchange, a return request must be filed within 15 days from the delivery date. Products eligible for repair will only be accepted for service if a repair request is made within the warranty period.

In case of force majeure, LUCKIM does not guarantee a full refund, but we will make every effort to compensate you for any losses.

For products classified as "electrostatic sensitive," proper precautions must be taken. ESD or moisture-sensitive items should not be opened except under controlled conditions.
